I wish I’d known this truth earlier - deconstruction is a part of the process. It is enlightening. It leads to growth. You aren’t broken or wrong. Your experience is a part of the human journey, and at your core, you don’t need to be fixed.

All of those questions and feelings that threaten to overwhelm you have purpose. As a certified spiritual director, I would love to help you find meaning in them and reconstruct a life of flourishing.

The Center of Spiritual Reconstruction

We will accompany you through your disillusion, your ego, and your old habits to a place where your true self can emerge without force, judgement, or a predetermined outcome. You decide.
