Spiritual Reconstruction Cohort

A group of like-minded people who want to explore their spirituality and enter into the next stage of their growth. Groups meet bi-weekly together and individually with their spiritual director over the period of 10 months. This group spiritual formation helps participants to make meaning of their current reality, become more aware of who they truly are, and how to live authenticity in their world.

Spiritual Reconstruction Cohorts are a place to practice a compassionate heart, curious mind, and creative spirit

On the other side of deconstruction, it can be hard to find places where we can integrate our lives in safety. Though this cohort provides a safe space for this integration to occur, engaging your own growth often involves being challenged and acknowledging pain, tension and discomfort. We allow these things to propel us into greater awareness of the present moment, which is where we have been seeking to be all along.

When we can engage our heart/head/gut in the presence of a loving community, there is an accompanying healing, nurturing, and presence that arises naturally. This presence you begin to experience and foster will provide a way to reimagine your reality and learn ways to allow your true self, your essence, your divine spark to become lived out in the world. This Spiritual Reconstruction Cohort is where all of what we are learning meets reality.

10 month program

$3500 or $350/mo.

  • 4-5 people who desire to practice conscious awareness, release dualistic thinking, and seek connection with others & a power greater than themselves (Cohort is hand selected by host)

  • 2 monthly 90min in-person group meetings

  • 1 monthly individual spiritual direction session (in person, phone, or virtual)

  • 5 in-person group connection experiences

  • 2 weekend retreats at beginning and end of program (one and a half days)

3 month online program

$1200 or $400/mo.

Not local but still desiring formational groups? We are launching zoom groups to fill this need. This will be a more condensed timeframe to build a greater focus of reconstruction in a shorter amount of time. Same material, same process, but online 4-5 person groups instead of in person.

Online offering includes:

  • 4-5 people who desire to practice conscious awareness, release dualistic thinking, and seek connection with others & a power greater than themselves (Cohort is hand selected by host)

  • 12 weekly 90min online group meetings

  • 3 75min monthly individual spiritual direction sessions (zoom or phone call)
